Miko Re-floating System

Miko Re-floating System

A re-floating operation of a sunken or partly sunken structure is a challenging operation. High attention is paid to safety and, – when on site, a high cost crane vessel must work efficiently.

A combination of crane vessels and the new Miko Re-floating System will reduce the time for the actual lifting operation as well as it reduces the need for crane capacity. The system is characterized by its simplicity in the design and flexibility in use, makes it easy for divers (or ROV’s) to install and monitor during the entire operation. All components can be hand-carried (less than 50 kg in air), but at the same time the most reliable fabrics and materials are used. Result; – a safe and efficient salvage / UW operation at lower costs.
